Here is an aluminum plug I made for powerwashing the bike with the exhaust off. It is just a piece of aluminum turned down with two grooves for the orings.

Sean, go to your local auto parts store and get a "expanding rubber freeze plug". Find one that just fits into the exhaust port, slip it in and tighten the nut, the rubber plug will expand and seal the port.seanstrx276 wrote:Looks good! where did you get that piece of aluminum?
Id like to have something like that to seal off the top end when doing a leak down test.
Sean
I use these all the time for pressure testing. You can also get one for the intake spigot to seal it up too.
