Here is an aluminum plug I made for powerwashing the bike with the exhaust off. It is just a piece of aluminum turned down with two grooves for the orings.

Looks good! where did you get that piece of aluminum?

Id like to have something like that to seal off the top end when doing a leak down test.

Turned it down from a piece of round stock at work on the lathe.

Sean, go to your local auto parts store and get a "expanding rubber freeze plug". Find one that just fits into the exhaust port, slip it in and tighten the nut, the rubber plug will expand and seal the port.

I use these all the time for pressure testing. You can also get one for the intake spigot to seal it up too.
