Fuel Filters
Do you guys use a fuel filter on your bikes? I know it's probably a stupid question, but I've been thinking of getting one for my KDX's.

I have one between the tank and carb. I ride mostly in sand here in the Southwest. Sand does not flush through like dirt can on the jets.
When I used to ride on the New England I didn't have one.
I have not had any problems with the fuel filter ever.
Some will say you need it, others will say no for various reasons.

I don't run one here in Southern AZ. The line is so short between the tank and carb that it just isn't worth messing with IMO. If you do run one, make sure it has a paper element and not the metal one. The metal ones don't filter worth a rip.
