I looked there this morning and couldn't find anything like that. However I got a M6x1.00-30mm, a lock nut, a fender washer, and a 3/8" OD (the bolt that comes out is 9.8mm and 3/8" is 9.5mm) steel spacer/sleeve. So I think it will be similar to your setup. The only difference the fender washer isn't attached to the spacer/sleeve, but that shouldn't matter.

Tire height and rear suspension preload has allot to do with the height of your bike. Mine sits high...

Rick,
Thanks for showing how to do this, I can only guess how you figured it out. Did this to my bike, and am quite happy with the results. It does sit more vertical than before, but is way better than having nothing. The stock kick stand on the swingarm was just a bad idea, I've filled those stripped holes with JB weld.
So thanks again for showing how to get this part on.

I've added one. They are too long the way they come. Bike will stand straight up.
The shaft is solid aluminum except for the last inch or so. I had to cut the end off, drill a hole, tap threads and locktite in a bolt with a new little plate. See pics. Now it has a good lean.
It was frustrating getting it how I wanted it but now that it's there I guess I don't mind. No more flippity floppity of the old kickstand.
This one stays in place nice. I don't know about the strength of it and standing on stand while kicking. It would probably hold ok but I'd rather not stress the stand that much.
Oooooops, disregard the rust. I guess I put it up wet :(
