Hello Fellas,
Steve here from Hekoort South Africa.
I have an `05 KDX and have been riding all my life. When I was kis we grew up racing oval flat Track. I used to race with the likes of Greg Albertyn, Chad Smanjak, Ryan Hunt and Grant Langston. Stopped for a few years when years my Dad sold the track. We lost touch with all of them as I moved out of town to live on a farm.
From time to time I do the odd race with my brother where we enjoy a good old fachioned scramble. He used to race pro and was leading the SA champs when our sponsor pulled out. It was the same year Alfi Cox came 2nd in the Dakar. He was our biggest rival!! Anyway.
We try and ride as often as possible as I`ve decided to go pro next year so it`s been a busy training schedule!!! I`ve been searching the net to find bike mods and all sorts of tips to give me the edge next year and thats how I discovered this website.
So if you guys have got some seriuos tips keep them coming!!!
Thanks.
Steve
