from 200 to 220
trying to learn here, Can i just buy the 220 cyl and piston and mount on my 200 cases?

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but some part of the power valve is different as well, the middle valve portion. The flapper.

You are aware of the need to do some jetting changes as the carbs are different, correct?

You would need a piston/rings, 220 cylinder, 220 cylinder head, and the KIPS main valve for a 220 (it's made up of like 4 pieces) everything else is the same. You would need to rejet and the bigger 35mm carb will lose you some torque on the bottom end. For gods sake don't use an OEM piston....

To save a little cash, you can grind down the 200 PV and make it work in the 220.
