Kdx clutch problems
So about a week ago I took my right side engine cover off to replace my kips pin. I put everything back together and I am at the clutch now. I am struggling with my clutch being to tight to pull in . The only way I can hemmget it the print holder nuts to hit 78 inchlb is when the screws bottom out and when it is like that the clutch lever is waaaayyyy to tight

Re: Kdx clutch problems
Make sure you have all the spacers/washers in the right locations. It makes a difference when you reassemble the clutch. Did you check your spring free length? Some aftermarket springs will not work with the KDX even though they say they do, you have to check the length.

Re: Kdx clutch problems
I know the clutch springs are right because they worked before I took apart

Re: Kdx clutch problems
So this is a reassembly issue, not a "something broke" issue??
