not so funny clutch
after bike warms up my clutch doesnt fully disengage, ive tryed different oils, curently im using synthetic ATF, makes no difference, what to do?

Sounds like time to pull the cover and check basket, plates thickness, spring lengths, a basic clutch tune-up to start.

It would sure be nice if manufacturers, both OEM and/or aftermarket, would offer a basket with hard faced surfaces to prevent notching. Notched clutch basket problems go all the way back to the invention of the multi-plate clutch.

They don't want stuff to last forever. Get a few years of use out of it then they start selling parts, which is where the real profit is.

Yeah, I understand. But parts that wear out also has an impact on the brand's reputation. Do a Google search on MAICO BREAKO and you'll see what I mean.

Was just looking at the specs on a 2018 KTM 250XC-W and they advertise a wear free steel basket.
