Output shaft seal leak
I've replaced the ouput shaft seal, collar and 2 o rings twice. They're leaking like crazy. Anybody ever have this bad of luck and if so what did you do to fix it? Thanks in advance!

Re: Output shaft seal leak
It sounds like you have changed the sealing surfaces.
Check the breather tube and make sure that it is clear and not allowing pressure to build up.
Also clean the surrounding area and make sure that there is not a crack in the case. If a chain let loose at some point, that can damage the case.
Last thing to check would be a bad bearing on the output shaft.
Good luck.
