Hey guys, i took my bike out for the first time since its ground up rebuild today ...
Now it:
starts fine
Idles fine
Revs fine
But when i ride it i get 100 meters down the road and start to get some speed up
And it just cuts out and takes a good 20 kicks to get her going again!
I was thinking maybe the reeds???
Or carb blockage???
Any ideas?

Check your fuel line routing.
What you describe sounds like you're running out of gas.

Agree sounds like not getting fuel. How much gas is in the tank? If a good amount (1/2 tank), I would try flipping the fuel on/off to reserve and see if acts the same.

Sounds like you're using up the fuel in the float bowl, and not enough is flowing in to replace it, so the engine cuts out. Also a possibility the fuel tank is not vented. If no air gets into the fuel tank, you'll develop a vacuum, thus preventing fuel flowing to the carburetor.
