Could be, but there is only one way to find out. I don't have a KDX frame, so I'm not sure of this, but you should be able to make needle changes without pulling the carb. I will say that the 150MJ seems lean for your WV elevation. I ride between 700-1000 feet in Georgia and I run a 155. That is a little on the rich side, but I would rather error in that direction than be too lean. No way I could get away with a 150. But again, different engines . . .
