That would depend entirely upon the jetting. The carbs are the same, the only difference is the bore size and the jets. A 33mm (220 carb) and a 35mm (200 carb) both jetted with identical 150, 45, CEL#3, TV#5 jetting on the same bike would use the same amount of fuel. The amount of fuel being correct for the amount of airflow is another thing entirely.

Just to play devil's advocate, I will say the 220 with a 35mm carb will suck down the most gas since it has 18cc more room to hold a good breath of fumes.

Do you already have a 200 carb? Didn't you make a post a little while ago stating that you wanting to do the bare minimum to your KDX so you could get a street bike??

Take a deep breath. Continue to hold breath until you pass out. When you wake up realize that having a 35mm carb on your 220 is a good thing. You should not trade it under any circumstance. If you relapse go back to the beginning and start over.

There is no bottom end to loose. The 220 is starved for air anyway you slice it. Its a fluke that Ma Kawi put a 33mm carb on them. Has to do with the 220 being a road legal version for many years in Japan and other places. The older 200's had to make do with a 28mm carb. Your bottom end is fine. Make sure your jetted right and move along with things.

For the 220 you don't want to get anything other than the weisco piston. The pro-x is an oem replacement and has the possiblity of fragging just like the stock piston.
