Riding Schools
I attended a dirt bike riding school a week ago and I want to share my experience with all of you.
I attended a class for people who had ridden "back in the day" and were trying to get back into it. I have been riding my KDX for 2 years now and I thought I knew something about it. Well, I didn't know nearly as much as I thought I did!!! I learned more about proper bike setup in 30 minutes than I've learned in the 2 years I had my bike. I had no idea there was so much involved with properly setting up a bike.
I learned a tremendous amount of good information regarding cornering, starts and stops, body positioning, etc. Good general technique stuff that will apply in the woods, MX track, wherever. Now I plan to practice what I learned for a couple of months and go back for tne next "class".
The cost for this 7-hr class was $135, and it was money well spent.
Anyway, I used to think that such a school wouldn't benefit me because I already "knew" how to ride. Ha! I was (and still am) clueless, but I'm learning and having a great time! Don't be afraid to try one of these schools, you just might be surprised with how it turns out!

It's hard to get a pinched tube when there is no tube used.
Thank you for participating on kdxrider.net.

To be able to look down without rotating their head would be my guess. The chin guard blocks a lot of your view.Mark W wrote:Why do the trial guys wear helmets with out the chin guard thingy that my helemt has?

Think of what else "GG" could stand for
Hint: Tight Clothes or uniform and they have a Limp Wrist
