Quick question, would forks like the set below just bolt on without any mods to an E- series? I can use my front wheel, caliper, axle and odometer drive with these?

Re: Question on KLX fork swap
The steering stop is damaged.
What year E series do you have????????? If it is 1993 / 1994, I think the front wheel and brakes MAY fit. If it is 1989 - 1992, then no.

Re: Question on KLX fork swap
It's an '89, good pickup on the broken steering stop.

Re: Question on KLX fork swap
I don't know about stock tank sizes but I seem to remember that on any KDX with USD forks swapped in the steering stops need to be reworked anyway

Re: Question on KLX fork swap
I don't think the 1989 - 1992 wheel will work. I know for sure the caliper won't, as it mounts differently.

Re: Question on KLX fork swap
My E series didn't need any work done to the steering stops

Re: Question on KLX fork swap
These will bolt up and you'll need an axle, wheel, and caliper.
