Hi All,
I've placed an order for a Maier rear fender for my 06 KDX 200 but I'd also like to find a suitable front fender that requires no modification (a direct bolt-on).
Preferably an Acerbis Fender that has a arrow/spade shape. Similar to this (that's a 2005 KX fender of some sort):

Pretty much any KX fender will work fine. Any front fender from about any full sized bike can be easily made to work.

Thanks bates (can I call you bates?!). I ordered an Acerbis mx style for 2003-2007 kx125/250, hoping it's a direct bolt-on. I don't mind modifying but I want it to look as clean as possible.

That should work. If anything you may have to open the mounting holes up a bit or drill new ones. Either way it will never be seen once it is on the bike.

Can you measure your front fender distances between the holes? I have the fender off my KX125 and am curious to see if they are the same. Thanks.

I bolted up a kx450f fender to stock triples with no problems.

When I bought my KX front end it came with a fender (99) and the only difference between that fender and the KDX one is the guide for the odometer drive
