Stock sprocket / chain question
Did some searches and got a few differing answers. Just want to make sure I get the right parts. I'd like to replace the factory front and rear sprockets. I understand that they are 13/47 for a 1991 KDX200 E3. It's also to my understanding that the stock chain is a 520 type and uses 110 links? Can someone please confirm?

Yes, you should be good with that setup. I'm running 13/48 currently with a 110 chain and it is tight. A 47 should give you good clearance with plenty of room to stretch.

Re: Stock sprocket / chain question
Thanks for the heads up. I've got enough chain stretch that the rear wheel chain tensioners are already set to 5.5. The sprockets are starting to look worn so it's time for a complete replacement.

If you set up an account with Rocky Mountain ATV, they will save your bike profile. This will tell you what all stock wear items are OEM, nice tool to have!
