exhaust pipe is rubbing shock
HI i have a KDX 220 and my exhaust pipe about an inch before the silencer hook up the pipe is rubbing the shock. the pipe doesn't look bent at any of the braces or any part of the pipe. Has anybody had this problem and how can i fix it

It's either bent or misaligned, maybe a bracket is bent or misaligned.

When the pipe is mounted without the silencer but bolted tight it still wiggles around back there where it meets the silencer because of the rubber isolators on the two hangers. It's the silencer that really locks the pipe tight into place.
Try taking off the silencer and see if the pipe is hitting the shock on its own or if it's a tweaked silencer bracket that forces the pipe against the shock.
You may have to put a couple washers behind the front silencer bracket to get the pipe off the shock. That's the bracket with the least amount of play in the whole system.

thanks a lot! what you said makes sense i did take a hard fall on that side i will check this out when i get home.
