Tennis elbow, R _Hand falls asleep

Post by Oldschool »

Hello
I tell ya,as the grim reaper rounds the corner...
Well at 43 now when I run a H.S. My throttle hand falls asleep in the tight woods and I get tennis elbow (Burning sensation)
about an hour into the race , neither are that bad to stop me from riding / racing. (They slow me down though)
This year (07) I will take an anti in flamatory (sp)? before hand
and walk the course before the race so I don't have
a "Death grip" on the handle bars because of the unknow as
I try to keep pace with the leaders.

Any one else out there been there done that?
Google searches point to "Nerve tunnel Surgery"!

Thanks
Tony

if you don't already havve a scotts damper on the thing, go gitcha one. I wonder if the Dr. could write you a prescription for one and get the insurance to pay part of it? anyway, I didn't have near the troubles you have, and still was amazed at how relaxed my grip became after putting one on.

good luck on your recovery.
