I spent too much time on the end of jack hammers and wacka packers and developed vibration problems which are not that bad except after a ride.
Does anyone have methods to reducing vibrations on bike and also methods that help recover after a ride? Is there some foul tasting miracle vegie that I can sprinkle into my breakfast?
I try keeping my hands warm and try not gripping bars but I still get aches in the feet and hands at night.
I shimmed the engine mounts and swing arm bolt and that made a difference but not enough.

Which bike do you have?
I ask as a few models have cast handlebar mounts, and some have rubber isolated mounts.

Re: Vibration injuries and cold weather
I have 1989 kdx200sr.
It has rubber mounts. The triple is off a kx and forks off a klx. I tried putting ebay bar risers for a fatbar and squishing strips of rubber in the gap difference and road bike bar ends which eliminates idle vibrations entirely, but when powerband comes on, the pegs and bars still rattle enough to make taking boots off a mission due to loss of grip strength.
No way near as much rattle as my friends cr500, but much worse that a 2007 ktm300 exc.
Maybe I messed up when I was putting it back together again. My old klx250 had next to no vibration. Is it just a two stroke thing?
Thinking of selling the mtb and buying those expensive bendy flexx bars.
This bike is by far the most fun bike I have ever ridden. If only it didnt vibrate so much.

I find the Flexx bars don’t help as much with vibration as you may think. Where they shine though is reducing the impact transferred into your hands, arms and shoulders.

Have you tried changing bars? Aren't aluminum bars supposed to rattle more??

Re: Vibration injuries and cold weather
An old MX guy told me to fill the bars with spray in insulation. He claims helps quite a bit.
I have never felt to need it on KDX, but I’m gonna try it on my MX bike.
