Well I would up load a video of the beast running but it won’t let me,so it runs not very well but it runs, only runs with the choke up so the carb rebuild was a fail, and the rattle from the engine is not good, sounds like loose timing chain.
I still nursed it up the street and back between showers so the clutch and g/box is good.
The suspension is shagged but livable but the motor rattle is not good [emoji20]

When I click on the links, my computer tries to save the files, not view them.

Oh, so I jst watched a few different vids on YouTube and the noise that was tripping me seems to be stock across all of them, it has been a long time since my Kx/Rm days, will have another run at the carb to day, another run through the cleaner won’t hurt it

re did the carb set the needle one notch leaner and wound the needle jet out one turn, float height is 19mm, runs with out choke but the idle is inconsistent and difficult balance, it seems to lean now so I will lift the needle one space then try again.

Kips Rattle [emoji849] maybe I should have read some more posts before I worried about that noise hopefully
Ok lifted the needle one notch and it’s better still has inconsistent idle but it improves as it gets warm. Now to sort out the petcock, wish they left enough room for a inline filter.
