Post by harry »

Hello everyone,

So basically i bought a bike and with a help from JASON the site admin, i manage to figure out what my model is.

i have a 1990 KDX200SR G model. (i think)

So now i need help in the kips valve assembly.

here is where i fail.

I cant figure out how to disassemble it.. because i need to service it.. ive been scouring for manual from kawasaki and online. and i faill.

i need help in guidance on how to disassemble the kips unit. and if any of you have a repair manual for this model, it is very helpful.

and i stumble upon this online for gasket, do you think this will fit my engine model?

Does the rod move freely back and forth?

Does it have the center section like the USA (E) models?

Look through the "E" section of this site to see if it compares to what you have.
Thank you for participating on kdxrider.net. :bravo:
