Hi guys my kdx200sr was running sweet but today when out and about it developed a vibration and lost a bit of power,sounds a bit different, feels like the power valves not working right
had a quick check of the engine mounts all ok
It now feels sluggish low in the revs ,mid range it starts vibrating and topend not very strong but comes in like a light switch ?
could it be the kips valves, but could that cause the onset of vibration?

did it run like hell JUST before this happens? as in, a sudden surge in power then loss of power, not revving welll...
if so, could be a blown ring or seized engine.
I'd inspect it before running it and do A LOT more damages...

had the generator cover off for a feel and Im no expert but I can feel very very slight play up and down so gonna strip it for inspection and rebuild,is there a workshop manual I can use?
