Hello good afternoon, I'm from Chile, I have a KDX 200SR year 1990 that I'm restoring, my problem is as follows. repair the complete engine has, new shirt, piston, rings, connecting rod, seals, bearings, box of blades, new spark plug. the clean carburetor checked completely, but to one I can not get it to turn on, when I kick it gives me a counter-exploration that makes me return the leg abruptly. Now check the rotor key this all ok. I'm about to throw in the towel, someone if you can give me some opinion would be very useful.
thank you very much.

Re: problem on kdx 200SR
Sounds like the timing is too far advanced.

Yes, if the woodruff key on the rotor is ok then check your stator plate and make sure it's aligned properly. Does sound like timing issue if you are getting kickback

I agree with the above, it just about has to be the timing. Welcome to KDXRIDER
