Bottom end rebuild part numbers

Incase anyone is interested I made a list for myself of bearings and seals for future reference for when I decide to do the bottom end on my bike. This info is from Rocky Mountain and is all OEM parts. I looked these up for an 02 220 but would imagine all H series are the same. This does not include: connecting rod big end or piston wristpin bearing, water pump bearings (besides the one mounted in the case half), the clutch basket bearing, or the needle and ball bearing for the clutch actuator. The parts I didn't include besides the connecting rod have all been replaced recently. Some of the names might not be the technical name but how I referred to them at the time, like the "trans output shaft right" is what the clutch basket rides on and is actually the trans input shaft. ndl means needle

Thats a good list. I have a spreadsheet that lists all the bearings and seals along with the parts diagram info and OEM/aftermarket part numbers that I created a couple years ago. I should look for it and make it available.

You might want to check on Partzilla to get the parts. I have bought two tons of parts from RMATVMC, but when you start buying more than a few OEM parts, it is cheaper at Partzilla.

It would be good to see your list if you can find it. Jason I hear you and noticed you can save a good amount on partzilla vs other sites. If they had the free shipping at 75 like RM instead of the 150 I would've already bought a good amount from them. It seems I can always think of something I "need" to get my $50-60 RM order to $75. It's the reason I have 2 extra sets of grips, spark plugs, throttle cable etc etc. I think of it as getting another $20 or so in parts on sale for $13.

Speaking of spending money on parts...my sister in law sent me a good one.

Not sure how readable this is, hard to make a picture from a excel file or PDF.

That is awesome!! My list really sucks haha!! Wow thanks for posting that. The longer our bikes aren't produced the more useful things like this will become. On an iPad it opens up and zooms in perfectly clear.
