Yes it does not hold the plastic hand guards

The bolt that holds the lever onto the perch, I'm pretty sure its an M6x10mm (item 92001?)

No, that is the bolt that attaches the handguard to the pivot bolt. If you are looking for the pivot bolt without the extra bit that sticks up for the handguard to bolt to you want 92150-1451.
