2004 KDX 200 Front Wheel Not Centered

Third owner of 2004 KDX 200. Noticed front wheel not centered between forks. 1/4" closer to caliper side. All spacers and speedo installed and fit correctly. Does have Excel rim on stock hub. Rim is centered with hub. Is this normal? Does the wheel need to be spoked with an offset in it?

The stock rim is slightly offset (left and right side spokes are different lengths) so that may be the source.

Is it dished to one side or the other?

Is it centered within the fork tubes?

OEM front wheel has all equal length spokes.

Post the pics from TT on here if you can.

You're right, and I was just talking to someone about this the other day lol...getting old makes it harder to keep things straight, my RMX has a dished front wheel, the KDX does not.

I just measured my front wheel and it is 1/8" closer to the caliper side, but it's also a 2001 KX250 front end. Doubtful that 1/4" is going to even be noticeable while riding. If everything is in the proper place

I am curious if some previous owner used a spoke kit that dishes the wheel off center. Measure spoke length of inner left, inner right, outer left and outer right. Otherwise, take the wheel off and put it in a truing stand.

If all the stock hardware is in use, then there are few things it could be.
