Rear wheel hub issues?
So ive been creeping around here for awhile without posting and fixed most of my problems just by searching but recently have ran into something im stumped on. I recently needed rear wheel bearings and tube on a bike i purchased acouple months ago so i took off the rear tire and found that it was missing the wheel spacers. When the guy I bought the bike off tightened down the axle nut it must have pinched the swingarm so I bought new axle, wheel spacers and chain tensioners and went on my way to fix the issue. When I put it all together but expanding the swingarm the axle is short so im thinking the wheel hub is off something completely different which didn't cross my mind until it was to late i thought the swingarm was pinched in. Im looking for some measurements on the swingarm width and the width of hub. If someone could help me out id greatly appreciate it also I could use the proper rim size thanks in advance for any input. The bike is a 2000 kdx 200

Rear wheel hub issues?
These measurments are from a 99 kdx 220 should be the same. Swingarm measured at the very end outside dimensions 9 1/2 " hub, hooked tape on disc and measured to outside of sprocket 6 " hub measured 5 5/8" width

Re: Rear wheel hub issues?
so im still stumped what are the chances if it was a wheel from another bike that the rotor and sprocket i bought for a kdx would fit? the rim size is 1.85x18 instead of the 2.15 i think it should be correct me if im wrong? im starting to lean back to the bent swingarm any input would be appreciated.

Re: Rear wheel hub issues?
2.15 shows to be the original size rim in the parts breakdown. I would think that the rotor and sprocket would interchange between several models.

Re: Rear wheel hub issues?
what im thinking is the guy who owned it before me put a different wheel on it so im thinking i have the wrong hub because the wheel spacers and brake wont fit in all together. before me it only had one wheel spacer in it and nothing on sprocket side? any ideas?

Re: Rear wheel hub issues?
I have a stock rear H-series hub if you are interested. The wheel bearings seemed good when I took it off, they still look good too. The sprocket would be included with it. I'd have to check and see about wheel spacers, but I could probably those in as well. Let me know if you are interested. I had a thread going with parts F/S but it must have expired.

Ok cool, Erie is a little less than 2 hours from me. I was asking 50 for the hub with the sprocket. I can send photos after work if you'd like.

Re: Rear wheel hub issues?
Hey tyler, if you have a brake caliper for a 03 KDX 220 I'd be interested in that. Hopeing you might have on in a box.Tyl3r wrote:I have a stock rear H-series hub if you are interested.
