Fork springs and shock spring

I'm 240lb's and am unsure as to which rate fork spring and shock spring are suitable for my weight. Looking around the net gets be various opinions.

Go on race tech's website they have a spring rate calculator.

Yes but they suggests different spring rates than frp. Idk who to trust.

I would go with what FRP recommends. I sent my forks to him and am very happy with the results. He's the man!

Second for FRP. Had him rebuild my rear shock (does his own valving) and installed the RaceTech fork springs he recommended and it is a totally different bike now. Does anybody have more time on a KDX than Jeff Fredette?
