I found a service manual on ebay, but it for years 97-05, and I found the inner cover, it is for a 95.. even though the service manual does not put the 95 in there, is the 95 the same as the 97??

Yes. FYI, the 220 outer clutch cover is a different PN than the 200s. Not positive with the inner cover either. Could just be because they are "different" bikes, but the 220 could have something different with the clutch as well (which I doubt).

I thought you were asking what year kick start arms are compatible, not covers. The manual is the right one the 220 was made from 97-05 and the 200 from 95-06. The engine covers from a 200 will work on a 220 as far as I remember, the cases are the same as are the clutches. Someone here will either verify or point out how dumb I am

Just an FYI, I was looking for the outer clutch cover for my son's 220.....and stopped when I saw different part #s for the 200 and 220. I guess if I get off my LZY AZZ I could actually compare the two....But I wouldn't buy a 200 cover "hoping" that it fit the 220, just because of the PN being different.

Use a heat gun and heat up the case around that area and that will help

That is held in with an oil seal, should pop right out, just [carefully] give it a tug.
