Gas leak

Post by Ranger330 »

I just bought a 1995 KDX 200. It has a gas leak on the bottom radiator cover screw receiver. Is there anyway to fix this or do I have to buy a new tank?

Gas leak

It can be welded or epoxy'd. But the location makes me think someone may have used too long a screw for the shroud... Definitely want to check on that.

I had to read it about 5 times as well

he means where the insert is in the gas tank to mount the radiator shroud
