Pie made from Pumpkins! Of Course!!!
A traditional part of the Thanksgiving Holiday feast here in America. (Thanksgiving is a big celibration here to thank God for the bounty of the harvest. It was started by Pilgrims when first establishing relations with the Indians.) O.K. I'm not going to explain Pilgrims or Indians. That's an exercise for you to research.

Witchetty grubs......Yum!!!

 You crack me up...

I just couldn't imagine a vegetable in a pie. Pies must be of steak and gravy base. It is an Australian law. Oh, peas mashed on top is only just acceptable. :supz:

We be waiting for you not if on a pig big bike you got.

Why wouldn't the pipe still have a smell? Seeing as it's had a good bit of antifreeze run through it.

Did you check either of the surfaces with a straight edge? Any evidence of the leak? Good chance you could see where it was happening.

Wib, I think CC is right; the pipe still has some residue left in it. Only a drop or two will give a good amount of odor if you know what you're sniffing for. Now, be there and ride dang it! I want SOMEONE on the trail who isn't always waiting for ME to catch up! HA!

See ya there!!!

Yeah, Uncle Marty had a lil accident!
But he's ok last I heard...

Shoulda heard 'Carvr yell out out "If he can ride it down there he can ride it back up!"

But actually we had to push pull and carry that red bike all the way up!

Good thing Marty was ATGATT and had a radio!

Well I gotta go meet those guys for another lil ride before Ski and Farmer have to go back home :supz:

Man, what a fun weekend!
Really cool riding with a gang of green bikes

The ol' KDX never ceases to amaze me, even with 8 month old gas in it , it ran perfect!

Gonna have to do that again! :supz:

Remember when your Mom told you, 'Always wear your gear!'

Your Mom was right.

We would have real likely been calling for a hearse if Marty hadn't been wearing his chest protector. He'd have been skewered for sure. Funny how when you look at a 25' sapling straight on from the tip end (no branches..a dead stick) you don't even see it.

Especially when you're looking to negotiate the considerably bigger 'stick' lying across the trail right in front of you.

He got jousted by the one aimed at his chest, pitched into a real tree (about 30" diameter) then whirlybirded (yanno..flat and spinning) 40-50' down a 45º hillside.

He told me he rode it down. But then, I heard that later he thought Nixon was president, too.

More like it rode him down. The whole thing rang his bell pretty good.

Good to hear he's OK.

Thanks to Ski, Wib and FarmerJ for all the effort it took getting the red thing back up!!

Last time I saw so many green bikes in one place I was at the Kawi dealership!

That was pretty cool.

You guys are welcome up this way for another ride anytime!

I've got photos, but too tired tonight to post. Look for them tomorrow. Man, in some of the photos, you can't even SEE a trail. Just lots of greenery and vegatation. CC, if you adopt me, I can be there next weekend!
