Graphics Templates or Blanks for self cutting

I know i saw a link to a PDF file of graphic templates on here somewhere and now i can't find it. Anybody remember this? Any help would be appreciated. I have access to a cutter and would like to try and make my own side plate covers to hide some scratches.
