Be specific.

Why consider this option on a kdx?

Interesting discussion.

Most of you fuggers never seen much for mountains

FWW gives the bike a much smoother power delivery = TRACTION

And less of a tendency to stall on long steep downhills

That's what I'm thinkin' it will do. I've used them on MX bikes in the past with decent results. With the flywheel weight, revloc, and RB head-carb mods the damn thing should be able to climb a brick wall or at least this...

There's other benefits too

If your motor stalls, if you are quick enough with you clutch hand the motor, more times than not, is still spinning and refires

I have 2 bikes. One with flywheel weight. One with. Depending upon the conditions they both are nice. Flywheel helps with traction and starting but creates some luggish
WR sold. Now have 03 and 04 KDX 220s.
KXF 250 forks. RB Carb and Head. FMF rev pipe. Long live the KDX !!!
