I use some grey silicon gasket maker for the clutch cover. Never had any problems.

I have used UltraCopper many times in place of a gasket until my gasket came in without issue. I also have used gasket material from the autoparts store when I don't want to wait for one to come in from order.

We just made one for a kx125 and used a sheet from auto zone. It took a long time to trace and cut it out but we rode the next day!

Just about any thing could work. I have seen with success a piece of a file folder work. A tip to "trace" the clutch cover is to hold the material over the cover and tap the edges with a hammer, not to cut it but to leave a good mark as to where to cut it. The out side wouldn't be to bad but it would help with the inside.

No, with the autoclutch there's a spacer for the clutch cover so I ( and the previous owner of the bike ) always used silicon gasket.
