The solder nubbins are already there. Cut a piece of wire or better yet, use a single strand of wire out of a short piece of multi-stranded automotive wire. Place it directly across the two nubbins. If it's long enough to tape the ends to the body of the bulb, you won't have to hold it at all.
Heat your iron to the point solder readily melts when touched to the element..not a flux smokin' spattering hiss..just nicely melts. TOUCH one nubbin with the solder tip that has a bit of solder already melted on it until the the wire is joined to the nubbin..the same to the other.
Cut the wire that extends past the nubbins..you're done!

I used to carry an avionics module repair certification...soldered flatpack LSIs by hand..but you don't need to know that to do this! Give it a shot!
