fork questions.

Is 2005 KX125 fork twim chamber? recently i wanted to change my fork spring and measure oil height and found that there is no oil to be seen when i took out the spring and slide the tube all the way down. I was telling myself WTF coz I had just sent the fork to a well known mechanic from my state for rebuilt. there is oil seen coming out from the damping rod but not around the tube. I thought it could be twin chamber. however there is plushness and compression. should I just top up oil around the tube and measure off 115mm of oil height?
