KDXRIDER.NET

I have a 2002 KDX200 that is in perfect condition. I sold my 2007 YZ250F that was in very good condition but not near as clean as this KDX.
I have owned 2 strokes before and they have all had minor engine noises, and my new KDX does too. It runs great starts on the 1st kick and has great power but the little bit of lower end noise is driving me crazy. Is this normal?

That's just the KIPS flap a flappin'! Perfectly normal....

the key to that is 'it has great power'.

If an engine had that noise and didn't have power I'd be worried.
Gotta love the KIPS rattle!
