Any KLX250/300 parts compatable?

I'm living in Thailand and have a 98 220, parts over here can be difficult to find (even though KDX's were made here), however parts for the KLX are available at a reasonable price.
Having a quick scan, it seems the KLX forks fit straight as does the rear spring (but not the whole shock?).
