I want to put a 13/49 sprocket set-up on my '96 KDX200. How many links do I need for my chain. I have to order them today to get them by the weekend.

108 I believe.... You could get a 110 just in case and pop 2 links if it's too long.

I don't have a chain breaking tool. What kind should I get?

I went by spec first and the looks second and price 3rd.... I went with a Tusk brand on last purchase.... it has lasted a very long time so far. It had the same tensil strength as the hightest priced RK chain.

The 49 tooth rear sprocket was on back order. Will 110 links cover a 13/50?

Thanks....Just placed my order with RMATV.

13/50 steel $8.99/$19.99
520/110 standard chain $26.85
Motion Pro chain tool 25.99

I added 2 cans of chain lube to get my order over $99...FREE Shipping!

Out the door for $99.80, not too bad!

I normally use a cut off wheel in a dremel tool to take links out. Just cut the head off of the pins, it is easy and no special tools neded.
