dmcc, do you have an E or H series? I don't think we ever really figured out if a dyna ring designed for an H series should work with an E series. I looked up clutch parts numbers and they were different between the E and H, but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work.

I have an H series (01 220). I have no idea about the E series parts. I hope to be putting mine in Friday or Saturday.

Barnett lists different part numbers for E and H friction and metal plates. Grrr!

If you go to the link in OP's post, then click "Buy it now", you will see that the E series is not available. '95+ only.

Ok, I've got it in, and it does seem to be working very smooth, but I am unable to tune my clutch lever to get the over ride. When I adjust the auto clutch to work properly, pulling in the lever has the opposite effect, it engages! Hopefully I can work it out on the phone Monday with Revloc. I'll post more later.

Any update on how the dyna ring is working? Thinking of getting one if it is worth it.

Revloc has a couple of issues to work out concerning the overall thickness of the assembled clutch. They are building all new friction rings to obtain the proper dimensions. For a temporary fix (with a lot of phone time with Revloc) we assembled mine with a combination of stock and Revloc parts and it is working great, the only problem is that it has one less friction ring than the designer intended. They are not satisfied with this, and have expressed to me that for the ultimate performance and longevity it needs that missing friction ring to be included. The custom friction rings are about a week from being in production. I will give a full report as soon as it is complete.

Thanks for the update. I've been considering installing a Revloc clutch while I have the bike apart doing top end, MX front suspension, RB Designs carb and head, etc. Guess I'll hold off on the Revloc until they get the bugs worked out.

Going to take the bike out for a day of riding today before we take it apart and start the re-building / modifying process.
