Notoil had a gimmick awhile back where they would GIVE you a filter when you bought their oiling 'system'.
Supposedly, they aren't doing that anymore...but fairly recently I've seen the packages of Notoil including a filter.
Heck...call 'em up and ASK if they will throw in a filter if you buy their stuff!
Then you get:
A free filter
Good cleaning/oiling stuff.
Some rim grease!!
..and then someone says, 'What's rim grease?'
New Idea (well at least for this feeble mind...)
