What are good Reeds for my 98 & 03 KDX?
Can I just change the Reeds or do I have to do more?
Also by doing this do I need to change jetting? I have not screwed with my jetting and I don't wanna have to change it if I don't have too. I need more info and experience before I attempt this.
Thanks for any help.

you can get boysen they are pretty cheap and excellent bang for the buck (40 bux or something?)
or you can get DFIII from motosrano, a little better than boysen but they're like 150 or something.
If your jetting is stock, you need to rejet, now is a good time to really use them to their full potential.
