RB head mod and carb mod, boyeson 607's, rev pipe...

Chris's bike has the bottom end of a 125

Screams up top but nothing on the bottom

A 220 that screams up top and has no bottom? Surely you jest.

I have the same setup on my 220, and I'm running 40pj, 152mj, CEK #4. The weather is warming up here now, so I will probably go with 40pj, 150mj, CEK #3. I ride between 0-3000 ft, average temp in the summer is 80-85 and 35-40 in the winter. I hope this helps. Also, I have really good bottom end power...the top end is much better now after rb mods but still does not pull up top like my 200 did.

Where's the air screw? I'd guess the low end bogging like a 125 is too small on the pilot or too lean on the airscrew. I'd think the 145 would be close. Maybe try again with 145/40, and play with the airscrew to see if you can get the off-idle delay gone.

I'll third the kips diagnosis though. Something to check anyway if it hasn't already been checked.

They gonna check the kips...

We fussed with air screw both days...

Dropped the main to a 140 today

I never rode it today but I followed him a lot, seemed to run better but still there is something wrong
