I think wiseco did these in .020/.040/.060 over. 60 over should be about 1.5mm?

found this on ebay...

There are plenty more in varying sizes and prices. Just look around Ebay for a while, and check http://www.wiseco.com to see what they still have available.

Oh, oops!

Might be a little tougher then, yeah? Bore size is the same? kdx200sr I've heard of, never heard of a 250sr. Maybe you could bolt on a kdx250 US cylinder?

You're sure the pin-height is different? That would be suprising, and very dumb on Kaw's part. If so you're looking at getting your cylinder repaired/replated or a sleeve installed to get back to stock bore dia.

I do not know any more than what i can find on the net as Kawasaki Uk
do not have any listing for the bike and I work for a Kawasaki Dealership
they can only supply the information on the Uk Europe and US models
no help at all on the Jap models

exert from http://www.dirtrider.net/forums3/text/t ... 358-1.html

"The SR model does not have the same power valve set-up as the "regular" KDX250 (US version)... the SR model only has the side valves... therefore the cylinder is different... also the piston for the US version DOES NOT work in the SR model although bore and stroke data is the same... the wrist pin location on the SR model is higher on the piston skirt than the US version... you'll run into BIG trouble is you put a Wiseco or other brand piston for a US version KDX250 into your SR KDX!"

Wow, that sucks. Too bad that's not true for the 200SR or it might be a viable source for a stroker crank
