i want to no if the part with the teeth needs to go on a sertin way? like to the left or right on top or to the right of it?????????????

There is a white mark on that little gear that you were supposed to make note of its position before you took it apart.. It has to do with timing and Im sure someone else will chime in with a more detailed response.
Maybe this pic will help.. there are four notches to choose from if I remember right, I put mine back in the 2nd from the right..

You got a point - no one goes to the trouble that CC does to get to the point/problem in the thread that the poster intended. One of you guys musta pissed him off - I haven't seen him post in quite a while. The KDXRIDER community is missing out - IMHO.

CC you need to show up again - don't think I've seen a post from SKI-PRO for a while also.

I'd be hard to screw up really.... If you turn it clockwise and you don't run out of gear before it stops... it's good.
