compression problems

Hi, i just manage to start my 92'KDX 200 and ride for a while....stop it and after afew days, went to start it again but found that there is no compression to it. any idea what could be the possible problem? thanks.

Did you happen to check the spark plug?
its a '04 KDX 220 cadillac

Guys, its kinda strange. i just managed to feel a bit of compression and give a hard kick. it start from it! after which I let it idle for a while and rode for a while. kill it then using the kick starter to feel for the compression and its back to normal again.
A true KDX customizer!!

sounds like your kickstart ratchet gears are worn and not engaging consistently. Had the same problem on my '89 when I brought it home.
