stock fork ?

Ive been searching the forum for a few days trying to find a step by step instructions with pictures/tips on how to dis/asemble the stock front fork of my 1997 kdx200. I'm ordering the correct springs for my weight, but that's my budget for a couple months so I'm not buying a $50 manual. Fork seals are good, can I just put the new springs in and fresh oil? Amount of oil? Everything I find is for kx conversions and I can't afford that! A link or help would be appreciated thanks!
