i just found this paper along with the stuff with my bike and and it says: Fredette Racing Products Suspension Tuning.

so i called the owner and he said he did take the bike in about 3 years ago and got it done.

here is what the paper says:

spectro weight: u-l
spring weight: stock
sag: set to 3 and 3/4 inches
compression clicks out: 9
rebound clicks out: 9
nitrogen PSI: 180

Forks:

Spectro weight: 125/150
oil level: 100mm
spring weight: 38
preload: stock

so i would like to no what is this suspencion set up for? could i ride it like this on a mx track or would i bottom it out on the big jump?

i weigh around 150lb
