The only dumb question is the one you already know the answer too...
They are different. As Ron Black stated, the 200 head is better than the 220 head on being machined to closer consistant tolerences than the 220 head.

Let me clear up some of the confusion, the heads are not the same! The 200 head has a, "as cast combustion chamber" and not all that consistent between heads. It is not a machined surface.
The 220 heads start out using the same casting, but the combustion chamber is a, "machined surface" (3 mm bigger) and the spark plug hole is at a different height where it was spot faced for the spark plug seat.
The 200 heads start out with a little higher compression and do have a tighter squish band than the 220 in stock fourm.
All of this being said, the 200 heads are not very consistent and also have a higher compression ratio than the 220 heads. The 220's are more of a enduro set up head wise.
The 220 head is a machined surface and are very consistent. But are a little weak in the compression department.
