4 nuts to fix the cylinder on the base

I would like to know how can you torque these nuts if the torque wrench dont enter on the nuts.

When you add length to your torque wrench you must use a lower setting,because the wrench now has more leverage.

It comes with a conversion chart.

If the wrench is positioned at 90° to the torque wrench shaft there is no conversion necessary. That works well for my tiny brayne.
